WHAT IS WU3FIT?
Wu3Fit is the martial art “wu” version of specialized fitness, with principal strength and conditioning program. Programs are designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any individual regardless of experience.
Wu3Fit is a program developed to offer a full-body workout that combines elements of cardio, weight lifting, and martial arts training all to prepare the body for the unexpected physical challenges.
What you can expect in our Wu3fit classes…
At Wushu Project we believe that fitness programs should be serious, but fun at the same time. We want our students to feel comfortable in class and to really get the most out of their time spent here. At Wushu Project our Wu3fit programs involves instruction that teaches the basic fundamentals of physical fitness along with building personal development. All classes are taught using the most safe, effective and exciting instruction methods. You will actively participate in every class to obtain your goals. This is a great way for you to get exercise, learn to succeed, improve their social skills, and most importantly have fun! Nothing relieves stress more than good, hard exercise. Add to that martial art based movements– and you’re looking at the most powerful form of stress relieving activities. This alone makes Wu3Fit worth it to so many people who don’t have an outlet for their stress. Once stress is suddenly gone from your life, it leaves room inside of you for good feelings to come.
